Liss Cream Chargers are perfect for those who are looking to make smooth, whipped cream. They are perfect for use with cream whippers and are suitable for almost every cream whipper that is available in the UK. However, there is one exception which are Kisag Whippers as they use a different type of cartridge.

These are cartridges that can only be used with whipping cream and that means that single cream and double cream are not suitable. A single cartridge has the ability to whip half a litre of cream and so, two cartridges will be required to whip up a litre of cream. However, it will turn 0.5 litres of whipping cream into 1.5 litres of whipped cream which as an increase in volume when compared to mechanical whipping. As a result, the cream is thicker and tastier!

• All chargers are electronically weighted to ensure they contain the right amount of Nitrous Oxide.

They are based just outside of Budapest in a town known as Repcelak and it is a family-run business that is privately owned.
