These premium cream chargers provide an ideal solution for those who are looking to create whipped cream that is smooth and silky in texture. These particular ISI cream chargers contain up to 20% more N2O than their counterparts. They are suitable for almost every cream whipper currently on the market although they are not suitable for Kisag whippers.

They can only be used with whipping cream which means that they are not suitable for both single or double cream. It will turn 0.5 litres into 1.5 litres of cream which makes it far more effective than mechanical whipping.

The brand started life back in the 19th century and was known as Karl Fischer-Pochtler GmbH. At this time, it was making soda machines but now, the business consists of a number of divisions. As a result, the manufacturing of N2O chargers is done under their culinary division. It is a family-run business and the company continues to go from strength to strength.
