Refunds

To request a refund/return of items you must first contact us. Returns are subject to approval, once approved we will send you a prepaid postage label to attach to your parcel.
We will inspect the returned item and notify you of your refund/replacement or exchange via email. During busy periods, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed.

Cooling off period

UK law automatically gives you a 14 day ‘cooling-off period’ when you buy something you haven’t seen in person, i.e. online unless it’s made to measure, bespoke, custom or an end of line item. Creamchargers.co.uk offer a 18 days returns period – so providing the goods arrive back within 18 days and comply with the rest of the terms.
